• Orders under $125 – $15.00

Your order will be mailed using USPS or FedEx using 2-to-3-day delivery methods.

We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

School Purchase Orders

• Select “School District Checks or Purchase Orders” as payment type at checkout.
• Order Confirmation email will be sent from Orders@ScienceWear.net that can be used for documentation or invoice. This email may have taxes included.
• Invoice email will be sent from Orders@ScienceWear.net within 24 hours with an invoice and more Purchase Order information.  Email includes link to pay online using credit card, though company checks are always appreciated.
• Printing of orders begin once we have a signed Purchase Order and PO number.
• ScienceWear is now the sole source for the purchase of ScienceWear designs.   Sports Wear Graphics, remains the sole printer of our designs. Click here for Sole Source Letter

Tax and Tax Exempt Request

• We are only required to charge tax on orders shipped to Texas.
• Tax will not be charged in any other states.
• If your organization is in Texas and tax exempt:
  • Please include note in “Order Note” at checkout
  • Once Tax Exemption is verified, the tax can be refunded if order was paid for at time of purchase OR removed at time of invoice.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us at Orders@ScienceWear.net or call (210) 899-4565 to discuss return options.

• Items in new condition can be returned for full refund.
• Items that have arrived damaged can be exchanged.
• Custom illustrated designs are not eligible for return.

ScienceWear is a woman owned small business based out of Kerrville, Texas.  Jody Hodges, a retired award-winning teacher and owner of ScienceWear, created these designs for her own students and has offered these designs to others for over 25 years.
