- You do not need to select exact shirt sizes — choose one size and enter your estimated quantity
- Final sizes and details can be confirmed when submitting your Purchase Order
- Quote requests are held and will not enter production until final order details are confirmed and your Purchase Order is approved
Purchase Orders
⚠️ Start Your PO Earlier Than You Think
Purchase Order processing is the #1 cause of project delays. Many teachers wait to request a quote until they have exact sizes and counts — you don't need that information to get started. Contact us early and we'll help move the paperwork along.

- An invoice will be issued once your PO is received and approved
- Order processing begins after PO approval
- The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by business check

Tax Information
- Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to Texas
- Tax-exempt Texas organizations may request exemption by email or by adding a note at checkout
Shipping
- Orders of $125 or more qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States
- Orders under $125 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee
- Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska or Hawaii

Production & Delivery
🕙 Most orders arrive within approximately 7–10 business days
This includes production time plus shipping. Start your order — and your PO if needed — well before your project date.
- Most orders are printed after purchase and are not pre-stocked
- Production time is typically 5–7 business days before shipment
- Smaller in-stock orders may ship within 1–2 business days
- Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after shipment
